Curvy Kate Roxie is so elegant, lacy, and Victoria’s Secret adjacent that I had to have her regardless of the fact that I couldn’t find her in my proper size. I ordered a 30DD (sister sized from a 28E) and sadly, the band is just too big. I knew the 30 band would be too big for my itty bitty ribcage, but I was hoping I would receive a mutant 30. Sadly, Roxie runs true to size in the band. The band rode up on me even on the tightest setting. 🙁
The highlight of this bra is definitely the low, narrow, comfy gore and the moderately projected cups. I could do with a bit more projection, but this bra is much more FoB and projection friendly than the Freya Deco in this size range. This bra is also a looker in real life. The lace extends slightly beyond the cups and looks high quality. It is not bumpy through shirts. This is one of the first bras I’ve found in the full bust market that doesn’t look “industrial”. I love the delicate pattern and sexy lacy look. No frumpy turbo bras here! The cups fit me without gaping. They’re fairly low and would work under almost any neckline. The straps could be set in narrower to better suit petites, but overall it’s a comfy, beautiful bra.
I would 1000% buy this bra again in a 28E/F. It does give a more natural shape than Freya Deco, but it’s much more FoB and projection friendly. The design is sexy and I would recommend this bra for anyone who was recently sized out of Victoria’s Secret and suffering withdrawals of lacy plungey things. This does give good cleavage and would be perfect for under V necks. Overall, this bra definitely gets added to my favorites! If only it were actually my size.
